Tight Hip Flexors
HI there. Suffering from really tight hip flexors. I'm waiting for surgery for labrum teat of left hip and I think my other hips compensating or it putting a real strain on it. Anyone have advice for a good program or tips/advice to alleviate this condition? The tight muscles not the labrum!!! Thanks to anyone to replies!!

Hi. Thanks for replying. What I was trying to say is I have a torn left hip labrum but I think my right hip is compensating for it. The front of my right thigh and my right inner thigh are incredibly tight and painful. I was just looking for any advice to combat the tight muscles around my right hip
