URGENT!! Severe Upper Back and Arm Pain With Tingling Feeling in Fingers!!!

Hi, I have computer related back ache with pain in both arms and tingling feelings in some fingers. The pain starts from the upper back and spreads to my arms and fingers. This was caused by spending long hours at a desk.


The pain is excruciating and I can not stand for more than 5 minutes because of the pain. I then have to lie down on a bed. That is when the pain subsides.

I have had to stop work for almost 4 weeks as a result of this.

HELP needed urgently in terms of advice or exercises, tips, etc
