Left Knee & Back

Hi all

i am a patient, had an accident 3 months ago and got open book fracture - pelvis and fracture left femur - intra medullary nailing done. my left knee i cant bend it more than 4 inches from the bed and when i sit on a chair my back doesnt take L Position 90 degree ..
