Hi all,
Been struggling with a hamstring strain for few months. Play a lot of soccer so struggled on but I have been resting for a month. I have had 3 bouts of physio and they said it could have something to do with calves and ankle ligaments too. tried to jog on it tonight and pain still bad.
I also have pain in my adductor...so Im wondering if there could be a connection between this and my hamstring probs?
