did you eventually get rid of your problems?

I'm experiencing something very similar - long story, diagnosed with FAI but ortho says my problem doesn't come from that... very sore butt, center of it, pinching in butt... sometimes knee pain... can't sit on a normal chair for longer than 20 minutes or I go crazy with this vague pain...
