Hi
I sprained my ankle2.5 days ago. Can walk on it with minimal pain (slowly) but rolled on outer edge playing netball (suprise, suprise) and sideways movement is painfull. Lots of bruising and swelling on outer ankle, no crack in bones. I have a snowboarding holiday in 1 week and 4 days (2 weeks from day of injury). What can i do to heal this quick and prepare best for 10 days o snowboarding? Also is bungy jumping going to re-injure it? i heard they strap the cord to your ankles??? Have stayed off it as much as possible, iced on and off for first 24 hours very regularly and keeping it elevated in bed. Have a massage therepist who is good at putting ankles back into place and am waiting on him squeezing me in. HELP!!!!!
