Re: Herniated Disc L4-L5 and now thigh/knee pain?

You need to see a specialist spinal surgeon or physician. The pain in the leg is reffered from the entrapment of the nerve. This must be assessed correctly in order to decide on the most appropriate treatment. Ask your GP to refer you ASAP.

Re: Herniated Disc L4-L5 and now thigh/knee pain?

Thankyou sportsdoc, I'll make an appointment with my GP and ask him to refer me - he did say if physio didn't help I would be referred to a spinal surgeon?
