So I've recently started running every day about 3.5 weeks ago. I run about 2.2 miles and I've noticed a pain in my right leg about four inches above my ankle bone on the inside of my leg. I feel the pain when I run, sometimes when I walk, and when I walk down stairs. There's also a bump where the pain is.....is this something serious or just related to my "out-of-shapeness" lol.
