Complete rest? does that mean i can do weights because i only get pain when i miss pads or sparring partner? i dont know if i could stay totally inactive for 3 weeks!

All I did whilst resting was some running,sit ups, lower body weights. Any elbow extension exercises are not good! especially overhead tricep extensions and similar exercises.
thats great thanks for your help. its better advice than i got from one instructor which was "don't miss!"
