Ankle issues please help!

I fractured my fibula last year. I was in (boot) cast for 10 weeks. Only had xrays no mri's.
I have not had a pain free day since this happened. I have pain and swelling in the Anterior Talofibular Ligament area. Hurts after sitting then get up to walk, get some numbness down to pinky toe. Hurts to walk a lot, or bending down where my foot tilts up (very painful).
I have no insurance (was laid off work). I don't know what to do! What kind of treatment might this need and will anybody help me for a reduced fee?
