I've been suffering form knee pain for a couple of years now, and since then have developed chronic groin, lower back and foot pain too, despite being very active before the initial injury. I'm wondering if there is something very wrong with my pelvic alignment, and I already know I have pronation issues. I've seen several physios, but I think it would be a good idea to have a full assessment of my foot, leg and hip biomechanics to see what's going on. I'm near London (UK) but don't know how to find someone who specialises in this sort of thing. Are there any qualifications I should look out for? Is there a branch of physiotherapy that specialises in biomechanics? Thanks
