Hey, Im Jamie, I seem to be quite prone to getting injured whilst playing one of my many hobbies, football, tennis, hockey so I thought I’d join up to be precautious!

HiRa :D !
Hey, luckily I’ve had no proper injuries recently, although in the past I have suffered from shin splints. Also an ache in my right knee which I think is related to my running but not directly, and when I go for longer runs my shoulders and top of back seem to tighten up which then leads to back problems and I wonder if this is linked to a little rsi from office work.
sitting posture for extended period of time does cause upper thoracic spine strain and tightness as on desk jobs we tend to lean forward on desk.
best exercise to avoid it wall push ups after every half an hour for 10 times or more

HiRa :D !
If you've had shin splints and currently have R knee ache, I would automatically be thinking patella tendinopathy secondary to a ankle biomechanic problem. Ever had your ankles looked at? maybe you should be wearing orthotics in your shoes for sport and doing some strengthening work around the ankle?
