Physio for TMJ in London

I have ankylosing spondylitis and a TMJ problem of 4 years. I have had an MRI 3 years ago which does not show AS in the TMJ, it appears to be a separate problem. Can anyone recommend a physio in London (near Wimbledon) that specialises in TMJ, but will be aware of the problems of AS?
