My second thread! Greedy!
This problem could possibly have existed before what I presume caused it.
A few months ago, without warming up, I tried going on the monkey bars in a local park. After that I was getting pain in my left elbow. This pain was made worse when I did pushups, and continued to be sore until I stopped doing them.
In my elbow, in the slight gap between the main piece of bone, and the smaller piece of bone nearest to the body, if I place my finger there when my arm is bent, then straighten my arm, I can very easily feel the tendon slipping over the smaller piece of bone - and this does not occur in the right arm. It is possible to feel it in the right arm, but no-where near like what it is in the left arm.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be? And any possible treatment options? It feels like a surgery issue (if I wanted to fix it).
