    Personally, I would recommend getting a good foam roller and using it everyday. I really like the rumble roller, because it has ridges on it that allows for deeper penetration into the muscle tissue. But, you can also get a regular foam roller too. I suggest foam rolling, because it will get good results and is much more economical than a machine like that.

    Thanks a lot markmiller I'm just ordering one roller. Is there any other equipment/supplement that you guys think I should invest in??
