hi all
I injured my groin on a 2 day hike climbing munros, i had to keep walking and was relatively pain free but the next morning i found it was painful and getting out my bed was a chore.
Its been 7 weeks to the day now and though it has improved alot to the extent i can do short cycles but running is painful.
Im not someone who goes to the doctors very much so again i didnt bother thinking if i followed the instructions on various websites id be fine.
Im now concerned and wondering if 7 weeks is normal or perhaps there is a bigger problem.
Any help/feedback would be much appreciated.
