    Re: Troublesome MCL injury.

"if i turn sharply i still get a sharp pain in the inside if my knee, if this normal after this long time? Thanks"

have you had any scans done? Is there an associated Meniscal injury?

Even MCL tears can often result with symptoms persisting with twisting motions for up to 6 months. Strengthening and stabilizing and high level progressions to balance work are necessary.

thnaks for the reply, no i have had no scans in the 8 times i have had physio thus far, i have been doing the exercises and without much improvement, the pain seems to be towards the back of the inside of my knee, is this normal for an mcl tear?
