Knee pain- can not flex, medial pain.

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hi about a week ago I jumped out of a van and landed funny. I twisted my knee around.

It's still fairly swollen and sore. I can know straighten it but can't flex it. When I try and bend my knee at about 90degrees I feel like something is gonna snap at the bottom of my knee and along the medial side.

Going down steps is hard to do as is turning on the knee.

    Would love any advice.

Sounds like Wikipedia reference-linkmeniscus. You need to visit a Dr or physio to get examined. Cant provide you with a diagnosis via web as will be missing out on proper assessment Qs or testing.

Thanks for that. I'm aware of that just wanted to get an idea of what it might be before I go to a physio.

    Thanks again.
