Torn Hamstring Troubles
Around mid March I tore my hamstring during a rugby game, due to it being an away game and a very unpatient busdriver I had to be rushed out of hospital with some crutches and some painkillers.
I visited a physiotherapist once I could walk (around 3 weeks later) and he gave me some isometrics and stretches to do, yet now in mid November I still cannot sprint.
Is this a case of 'keep at it' or do is it more serious than first anticipated?
Any help anybody can provide would be most welcome.
