    these adhesions would have to be closer evaluated by a physiotherapist, but a technique that usually results well in these situations is cupping therapy. It has an effect on blood circulation and improves the regeneration of the tissues where applied. And it has a mechanical effect of traction, that can break down some adhesions and reduce pain.
    You can look for a physiotherapist who uses this type of therapy near you. Good luck!
