Hello guys... Another hamstring strain here!
Pulled mine back in august and did the usual RICE etc, I tried returning to football at about telhe 6 weeks mark but I had after I had a dull ache so I restested for another two weeks and tried again this time things seemed fine but after two games the ache came back so again rested and tried again . Now I've constantly got it , I'm managing with the injury with ice straight after a game and only playing once a week! I also found when I tried resting for along period this also flared it up .

If I get my fingers deep into the belly of the muscle I can feel a tender spot. I was just wondering what I should do from here, I've only got two weeks left before the season breaks up for winter so I'm hoping to sort it out then but I can see it running longer than that.

Any advice would be great
