Hi ther Bijingo Thanks so much for taking the time to read my post andoffer some advice. I have in the pst been very overweight and have lost a tremendous amount of weight over past 3 years 10 stone in fact. I will be having some skin reduction surgery in june which i hope will reduce some strain on my back hips and legs...so really you are suggesting i try to find a phsyio who can do some work with me in a hydrotherapy pool... ok I will see if the website can point me in the right direction of a facility in london offering that.
