Shoulder - Posterior - Left
Shoulder - Anterior - Left
last summer, I believe I may have torn the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. due to accidental re injuries during the time of it trying to heal, the motion in it is limited.
after using the shoulder for a wile, it feels achy and stiff.
I also feel like I can easily pop it out of place.
when I move it, I can hear a ripping sort of sound. as, movement sometime causes a loud 'pop sound.

Hi again
Here is some information about rotator cuff tears:
The rotator cuff consists of a grouping of 4 muscles and their tendons which connect your upper arm (humerus) to your shoulder blade (scapula). The muscles include: Teres Minor, Infraspinatus, Supraspinatus and Subscapularis. Each muscle has a tendon attached with the same name. This together forms a ‘cuff’ at the shoulder joint which allows you to rotate your arm. If a tear occurs on any one of these tendons, it will hamper the rotation of your arm, causing you pain whenever you move.
Treatment: First – Rest as much as possible in order to avoid re-straining the injury. This is especially important for the shoulder. Many days of healing can be wiped out by a momentary motion in the wrong direction. Second – Cold therapy. The ColdCure® Shoulder Wrap will reduce the noticeable swelling, any unnoticeable inflammation, and will relieve the associated pain. Third – Promote blood flow. Make sure the pain and swelling are gone before using the BFST®. The BFST® Shoulder Wrap will stimulate nutrient-rich blood to circulate the entire shoulder area while you are at rest. This will not only help you heal at an accelerated rate, but will help you avoid further re-injury.
