    Re: Hip bursitis

    Hello again...

Well after all this time im worse than i was when i started this thread.

I have searching on the internet and i think i have artritis reumatoide.

I will go talk with my doctor tomorrow about that. I have been take 2 pills of voltaren per day(50mg) if i want walk.

Kcho your post make much sense to me. I recognize your words very good with my problem. In this fase i still have a body that look good to my age.I have muscular mass , i have strengh , but im walking very bad now.Too slow .If i walk fast my left leg starts failling. I fall in the other day when i try to run.I feel an acute pain that i just cant stand and simply fall on the ground. But now im motivated to get good. I will start phisioterapy again with my main phisioterapyst , he is very good i believe i can get the support for my articulations with work.

If you guys wanna help me it will be good too.I can take pictures, movies too see my condiction.Im only 22 years old and i have so many years to live i think.Im positive.

    Hug

    Re: Hip bursitis

I think you take here I really gamble to conclude something just because of reading something on the internet! Already with your 1st diagnose you were wrong (if you conclude now otherwise). Knowing your background there is a massive amount of possibilities. Since you had a nerve problem a lot of possibilities come to mind. For me the most obvious ones would be related to muscle im-balances and their consequences. The consequences could be a change in loading of joints. On the hip joint already with walking there is a massive load onto the joint.
If you have not even had an X-ray this would be the 1st thing to do (to establish if there is any wear and tear of the joint). Further imaging will be most likely required to put a diagnose in stead of thinking you have Rheumatoid arthritis, which is a disease which has a tendency to be in the family. You do not get Rheumatoid diseases over night (unless you would have got infected e.g. Lyme disease).
Wear of the joint or anything alike would benefit from anti inflammatory medication. That drug does not tell anything of the cause only how to mask it so you can carry on with what ever you do.
My experience with neurological problems tells me that since you have had a C2-C3 problem in the past you must have quite some muscle imbalances. Notably shouldergirdle and Pelvis-hip are reknown to cause problems. Muscles used for good positioning of the parts of joints are not the muscles one normally strengthen; e.g Hamstrings, Quadriceps and so on. In case you have tightness of (all together) hipflexors, Hamstrings, ITB, Quadratus Lumborum and Piriformis and having established at the same time there is little wear of the hip the likely cause will be a muscle imbalance and the problem should be addressed as so.
I would like to advice you to stay away from self diagnosing from things you find on the internet but instead get your questions ready and fire them at your GP and your Physiotherapist. They have to be able to answer your questions so it makes sense. If you at that point go onto the internet and see if their answer makes sense to you is more productive. Be aware that the internet is a market, where people sell you their believes, their solutions, their products. It is not a library where a book gives you impartial information (well some attempt to do so)

Man thank you so much about your post.

I agree with everything you have said , in fact i always have in my mind that my problem its in the muscular tier and not articular. Im thinking about and i contract this problem when i decide to walk 3 km per day. After 4 ou 5 times doing this daily i start feeling a litle pain and then aggravated. What i think? When im walking i haul my legs to the front without controlling the moviment.I only think i want to move and dont do this with my muscles. This free moviment focus too much the articulation. Per example, i can squat with 50kg in my back for 10 repetitions. But i can't have the proportional strenght for adductors and abductors...I have the major muscles developed because i do gym since i live the hospital , but the minors muscles is very weak...

    What you think?

    Thank you .
