Hi all,
I have a long standing postural dysfunction which I've not quite been able to resolve. My heAd, torso and hips are rotated, I suffered from neck dizziness for years as a result. Tight jaw, neck, back, hips, hamstrings and ankle. All the left side. I stretch, and do yoga regularly, which has improved things substantially. Have seen many physios, osteos, chiros etc but with limited improvement, although I have slowly gained an understanding for what is happening. Hips seem to be main driver with all kinds of compensation. I have just moved to Melbourne, where I imagine there must be specialists who know how to look at this kind of a puzzle, and can fix it/design the correct programmes/ stretching/strengthening. I get bursts of motivation to try and resolve these problems which would greatly improve my well being.can anyone recommend a specialist who could help?
thanks in advance,
alan
