    Brief Medical History Overview

Age: 44, Female, Presenting Problem Since: 3 days, Symptom Behaviour: constant, Symptoms Worse (24hr Behaviour): just went walking, Aggravating Factors:: the more walking I do, Easing Factors:: rest and heat, No Investigations, No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues, Other Info: I may not be very patient and doing too much. I feel like I have been good about resting and taking care of myself while in the cast and walking boot, but I am ready to get stuff done...and so tired of sitting around. I don't want to screw up my tendons

    Major problem / Symptomatic Areas

Top of foot pain 8 weeks post bi molleolar ankle surgery.

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Greetings from Barbados! I am 8 weeks post bi molleolar fracture ankle surgery. I have been weight bearing for over a week now. My ankle swells a little, sometimes tight, slight discomfort but no pain. When I walk, however the tendon(?) just below my middle (3rd) toe hurts with every step. I will put heat on it, it feels better, but is still there. I know my foot isn't 100% yet. Just need to know if this is common, or could I be doing too much? I am going to physio twice a week here in Barbados, but I just needed some feedback. I won't be back in the states until the 11th of next month.
    Thanks in advance,
    Leslie

These pains should not be taken lightly. I advise you to get it checked before the condition worsens.
