Hi,
First noticed while playing sport, heavy, stiffness pain in back of legs. Then started to affect me during non exercising times.
More recently the back has become weak and sore.
Wearing orthotics now over almost 2 years.
Could this really all b from flat feet??
Any suggestions, much appreciated
Regards
Ryan
