It's possible you damaged your sciatic nerve. I worked with a woman who had an issue with her sciatic nerve and she felt all her pain in her buttock. She enjoyed sitting on a flat ice pack. She said that relieved a lot of the pain.

Hi ALS388,
I still have pain at the area, I visited my GP who asked me to point where the pain is, said it is the coccyx bone, and after few questions about numbness/pain in legs, infection, inflamation and blader/stool control/pain he said that it doesn't seem serious and it will need time to heal, up to six weeks.
He gave me an instructions of exercises to do called (William's exercise) for coccyx bone problems.
Also said to use pain killer, and to come back after 4 weeks if the pain still there or I started to get any of the symptoms above.
So very similar to what Nicoleta already advised.
Lovely, good luck and thank you for updating us!
