I had right knee accident 4 years ago..I hit a concrete block..I had knee surgery repaired complex meniscus tear and debridment plica and fat pad. My entire leg went weak, muscle atrophy and massive pain. I really struggled after surgery. I could not even roll my foot to walk...I roll my foot now when I get to toes my boo tom knee still hurts. I also get back of knee inside pain as its pinching...I get my PHYSIO to stretch it out. But it does come back...I had a recent MRI. It shows meniscus is staring to tear back of the knee. My patella is out of tracking also causing pain with tendon rubbing against it...it feels like a pencil being jabbed in on light touch...I still limp to this day. Chronic pain and have CRPS around the knee groin to calf. It's a lot of hard work and dealing with fatigue. I have issues of sitting and standing. Sitting is worst for me. Lying in bed is best for me. It's a slow process to heal. I've read a medical report this could last for 8 years if not its permanent.
