Carefully read & advise me pls. I have hectic schedule in front of me hence busy a lot. So your guidance is required:-
I am dhawal.
Aging 21yrs.
Problem: - right shoulder
Generally: - when I throw a ball or lift a heavy thing high or some sort of twist work. My right shoulder drops down. Huge pain, unbearable. So
my brother just 1-2-1 action my muscles i.e. rub front and backward or I keep at some height then after sometime problem solved.
Medical:-I have been diagnosed shoulder problem by doctor
According to him I have recurrent dislocation.
He said to me go for MRI scan.for evaluation of 1).SLAP LESSION, 2).GLENOID LABRUM, 3).HILL SACH`S

The exercises he is trying to get you to do are to help stabilise the shoulder. If after the exercises have been tried, you still have instability then surgery is the only option.
With regard to how to do the exercises, it would be very difficult on a forum to advise you of this, you need to contact a physio or the consultant and get somebody to show you how to do this.
