HI, like you I have had ITB for years; new shoes, run / walk / run build up to miles; rolling on foam balls ~ very expensive orthotics (from two different providers # both produced very different insoles..)...and still the ITB haunts me! I can get up to 3 miles for 3-4 days a week, and then I'm grounded for at least a month.
So, I'm now three sessions (of 8) into Kore Therapy... has anyone heard of this? It's about realligning your pevis and releasing pelvis stress and blocks etc etc. I have slight leg lenght discprepancy...about half an inch.. not one professional, which is several chiro's and physio's ever thought it was a major problem nor did they think it caused my ITB.
My knee is now worst then ever... Kore is a holistic treatment...very relaxing, but still knee problems... I'm at the end of my patients...and I'm not gonna give up running....as it keeps me sane...so any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks Sharne
