I suggest you to have a look at the sample questions in the orientation  resources and try to apply each question to different joints, diseases  and practices.
I know that there is a new version of candidate handbook 2009 but I  don't know if there is any change to the exam  syllabus. BTW, please check every item on the lists because I found  some "RARE" questions in the PCE ( which  scared my pants off 

) but they were listed on the 
 EXAMINATION BLUEPRINT!!!

Magee is good but there are too many tests, just study the common tests  for each joint
