cool - good luck with that. Perhaps you could rent their rooms out on a per patient basis and give them a commission that is a little higher than the hourly rate of pay they are asking. That way they get paid if you get paid and will have a vested interest in helping you succeed... Then you can renegotiate at a later date to ensure you have a reasonable rent. Cost control is then better, especially when cash is king in these early days...Cheers
