    Re: Musculoskeletal Physio

Physiobob has some great books in the shop there. As uncle Bob says there are a large number of texts to choose from and it is difficult nowdays to find a text that covers all bases - the field is just too big.

One all round text that I bought recently is Dutton M Orthopaedic Examination Evaluation and Intervention 2nd Ed McGraw Hill Medical, New York, NY. Have a preview of it on Googlebooks. It is a pretty weighty tome but gives excellent background anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, as well as detailed assessment, evidence-based tests and outcome measures and good examples of management.

I see you are interested in sports too - so you may like to think of Bruckner & Khan's book which is great for sports medicine and sports physio - more limited focus.

Have you tried Lotus publishing books at lotuspublishing.co.uk?
    Good luck!
