Im not 100% sure what injury i have, but if you can help it would be much appreciated...
Basically it started when i was playing football, ive had quite a few problems in my past such as hamstring spasms etc, but they are ok now, when this happened i had a inflammed bursa (SP?) in my foot which is now better after an injection into it...
I felt a sharp pain in my gluteus medius, (the top of my bum), but continued to play football as i thought it was just a little twitch, the next few days i was in quite alot of pain, climbing stairs was painful, sitting down and getting up was painful, It felt better one day and i played football again, this time it was hurting alot, any time i went to sprint i would get a very sharp pain, while running i couldnt feel it, but changing direction etc i felt the pain...
I rested a few weeks and started doing some exercises i saw online...i would post the youtube link but i cant, so if you add this after youtube.../watch?v=9Iy-QrcuGno, they were the exercises I started, This seemed to help, but now i have been fasting and my body is dehydrated which doesnt help my muscle problems, I did the exercises for the first time the other day and my leg was hurting the next day and the following day, I didnt want to do the exercises again incase it made the injury worse, If you could help me would be very, very grateful thank you!
