    Rectus Femoris

How would you treat this injury?
Suspect it is connected to badly aligned pelvis.
Would it also be linked to piriformos syndrome?

Sorry I included more info on the tag but it doesnt show up.
The pain comes on usually after 30minutes running. It is located in the RF area.
