Hi,
I have a client, left arm fast cricket bowler, his left QL began to spasm during bowling, after rest pain reduced, he went bowling again, when his pain got worse and couldn't go into flexion, I think he irritated a disc. He rested again and came to be, I found a locked facet joint, which I adjusted, and have since been doing electrotherapy on his QL to help healing. It has been 3 weeks and this guy still has a sore tight QL, and has started to complain of a little left leg pain, I don;t understand why he is getting leg pain, his spine is fine so shoulnd't be any leg pain. I want to help his healing quickly so he can get back to playing. He is a very proactive patient who researches his self and does tennis ball myofasical release of the QL and then stretches it.
Thanks for your feedback,
Jay
