Re: recommended rebounder for CFS sufferer

Don't discount walking as a great exercise that also gets the lymph moving. You don't need to tie your future gains to a piece of equipment.

Indeed we are trying to walk on a regular basis, we are lucky enough to live in surrey so their is plenty of countryside. But we are also keen on getting a rebounder as it looks a fun low impact exercise, and the convenience is that we can use it indoors, the cold weather in England is abysmal (no doubt you have much worse in Canada!) and really gets into my muscles.

Were not under any illusions just want to give it a try. Cheers.

Incidentally my current goal is to study to be an OT and come over to Canada on a skilled visa! It looks like a stunning country. People are always banging on about australia or new zealand but for some reason i have always romantised the Canadian wilderness since i was little.

I can increase my budget but rebounders around the £200 mark really look good enough I just need to know which is trusted, durable and has good customer service. Yesterday was my first time hearing about trimilin but apparently they are popular in europe and the uk. The urban rebounder is supposed to be very exceptional for its price and performance but has no durability, no doubt the pro gym version for professional bussinesses deals with that problem?
