Is this an anterier or postier pelvic tilt?

1 month ago i went to see a physio and explained to her that i have a bad pain in my lowerback and im convinced due to all the wrong exercises i did at the gym that it is an anterier pelvic tilt.

so she examined my back and said i have very tight hamstrings and lack of range extension in the lowerback joints so i need to stretch them, problem is im abit confused because doesnt stretching out the hamstrings and lowerback contradict what creates a anterier pelvic tilt in the first place? in other words i get the impression that she thinks i have a posterior pelvic tilt but the mirror is telling me different. I also have khyposis in my upperback which has caused my shoulders to round forward causing impingement and neck pain.

Here is a picture of my spine from the side view is this an anterier or postier tilt?

Here are some of the stretchs i was instructed to do

Depending on what tilt i have are these stretchs safe for me? many thanks in advance Mark.

Could do with a better picture to be honest, whole back, whole body ideally, and cross you arms across your chest so that they're not in the way. It looks like an anterior tilt if anything but need a better picture.

yes it looks as if you have an anterior tilt, this will cause tight hamstrings and lower back because they are in a shortened position , you need to stretch these out in order to tilt posteriorly, also I would guess that psoas is very tight too. stretch out psoas and quadratus lumborum , then activate your abs and correct your tilt.
