    Sports taping book

Can anyone recommend a good sports taping/strapping book? I'm attending some sports events over the summer and know very little about taping (I'm a student and they don't teach you any of this at uni!), I've tried to find a taping course in Scotland or north England, but can't find one anywhere over the summer...

so if anyone can recommend a good book which would cover the basics I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks

Here's a few useful sports texts for working on field and perhaps off with injury management in the upper limb One is on splint and has a section on taping the upper limb. The others are on-field management with a cool PDA CD-Rom and companion text book which is great for travelling reference. I'll look for a few more on strapping but to be honest all those I have are designed to sell reams of tape! Way to much overkill with the amount of tape used. Of course this is perhaps as many are sponsored by the tape companies e.g. BSN

There's a fab book by rose McDonald She is the taping queen. Check it out on Amazon. Loads of people in sport recommend her book.

Yeah I can vouch for that too, a really good book.
