    calluses in foodball

    hi!
    Has anyone expirience with callus?
    I need the best and the fastest treatment of calluses on feet. Can Player keep training or stop until it recover??

    The callus is painful due
    to pressure from the
    shoe. Treatment focuses
    on removing the pressure
    that the shoe exerts on the
    deformity.

    There are also
    numerous devices, such
    as toe spacers.

    What is toe spacers??? Are there some cremes,or such like that?
    Is it recommended to stop training until it recover or?
