Hi Ashley, I am also stuck on the competencies like Anna is. I'm trying to do my neuro one
When looking at the template they've given there are three boxes with row 1., row 2. and row 3. but they always ask for the same things -physiotherapy programme, c.v and it's only row three that wants you to state the evidence. I'm not sure why or what you would put in the first two boxes row 1 and 2 as they have nothing to do with neuro.Also the actual competency for neuro component 1.1-1.9 is all about analysing normal patterns and explainig pathological processes etc. How do we give evidence for this and what box do we write the evidence (is it row 3 which says to list it) i'm a bit confused about your idea of the appendix and your help and explanation would be greatly appreciated. Hi Mel,

For row 1 I listed University modules and clinical placements appropriate to each of 3 sections (neuro, CVR and MSK), evidenced by my university transcript.
Row 2 - post-qualification experience, e.g. participation of on call rota, competency questionnaires etc, evidenced by CV and work history and row 3 was my evidence (appendiced previously, and listed in this row).

However, Anna must have hers completely right as mine was sent back with the incorrect referencing being stated as a problem! I could share if you like? How far are you with your application and when do you intend to go, I'm in October so rushing now!

I am nearly there (after 12 months graft), minus a visit to a solictor and an ACPO check, and my points 2 and 3 that I made below that I'm waiting to hear from people hopefully :S

Hi Ash,
thanks for your reply. It's much greatly appreciated. This form is a lot more complicated then i realised. I've pretty much completed it and have most bits of evidence but the templates have completely confused me and i don't know how to put it in an order. If you could share the referencing stuff that would help so much. I'm hoping to go for October time as well and i know someone said it took 4 months to process once they've sent it because of the problems so I wanted to iron out any problems first.
