    hi,
i'm a physio in india with around 3yr exp.now i'm planning for a career in uk.basically i wanna do sports medice or masters in neurorehabilitation but i'll not be able to meet the cost of tution fees .so i wanna work for sometime.i came to know about hpc ,i'm planning for it.so plz guide me about the process,i would very glad of ur suggesions if somebody as indian physio had already gone through the process.
recently i understand that uk is short of physio jobs.will i be able to secure a job in uk after i get registered in hpc?
i'm a very passionate physio.but i see many people regretting for being a physio.
i heard that physios have good scope.is that true or i too have to regret.what is the staus exactly .plzzz guide me.do i need to divert myself from physiotherapy and not waste any more time in hopes.?or is it worth being a dedicated physio.
the PTstatus in india is devoloping and demands a complete creditless job.and there is always a recognition crisis.i find studing physio was much enriching and exiting than to work.i waana know how is the physio status in ur country. ........bye

    hi,

nice to hear you are looking to come to work in the uk however i am not quite sure where you heard about the job shortages here in the uk? there are thousands of new graduates (still a backlog from yr before last) who have no job yet. im not sure about physios with post grad experience like yourself...but for graduates, its a nightmare. literally approximately 2-300 applicants for 2 jobs! almost.

depends on where exactly you want to work, your experience ect ect. maybe you will be luckier??

as for hpc registration- its a MUST! the website will help you.
also you need to be registered with the CSP. chartered society of physiotherapy...it covers everything to insurance ect. to have any luck with jobs here you MUST be registered with these two organisations

    hope this helps!
