Hi,
For appearing for NPTE you have to go to USA on a visiting visa bcz The centres in Canada and Guam are closed.Once you get your credential report..go to www.fsbpt.com their download the application form for the state licensure for the state you are applying for...send the completed form along with the required DD to the state board..Also request FCCPT to forward your credential report to state board..chck the website if your state board has any additional requirements...
When all the requirements are fulfilled the state board will approve your application and send you the jurisprudence exam ..complete it send it back to them...Then you will receive an ATT from the state board..with that register for NPTE..then go to prometric to take a date for NPTE...

This is what the process I am aware of..as I am also waiting for my credential report.
