License exam is must to get a job in USA as physicaltherapist even if u r graduated here in USA .It must be taken in US only u dont have anyother option regarding this.
TOFEL score - u have to get a minimum of 26 in speaking inorder to get visa screening certificate.

Thank you for your reply . It gave me much Confidence.
Actually I am coming on H4 VISA as my Husband is in US. I have finished my BPT last year and currently Practicing in India. I dont have US degree, eventhough I want to go for Licence straight away ,would it be ok or better to have US degree? If I pass my Licence will I get Job Straight Away or Do I need to go through some ASSISTANCESHIP or training?
