Any U.S. trained PT's with NZ or Oz registration?

I would like to hear from any U.S. trained PTs who have gone through the registration process in either Australia or New Zealand - what was your experience? Any tips or advice for passing the exam or putting together a successful portfolio?

I am also interested in working in Australia cos my wife is an Australian and we will move back later anyway; and currently we are staying in Hong Kong.

I myself is a Hong Kong registered Phyio with 14 years of experience and I've got a master degree in Manip from University of Queensland. I just received an email from physiotherapy board of New Zealand that they decided not to accept my application.

I am now wondering what should I do in order to work as a Physio in Australia.
