Thank you Gopinath for your quick response to my question. Just to clarify (and to ensure I understand 100%) the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) are two separate licensing exams I would have to take?

I really do appreciate your help and guidance. I'm sure the further I look into this big move, the more questions will arise, at which point I'll be back on to ask

Hi Kate,
By using DHA licence you can work only in dubai, If you want to work Other emirates (except Dubai and Abudhabi) you have pass MOH licence, for Abudhabi you have to appear for HAAD( Health Authority Of Abudhabi) licencing authority.So you can choose which ever you want.
