Re: Studying Msc Physiotherapy after MBBS

I am shocked to know it could be possible to go for Msc Physio after MBBS in UK.This is not allowed in my part of the world.BPhysio and DPT are all entry level physio degree. So u must first be a physio b/4 u can pussle MscPhysio.
Allowing other medical proffessional to do 1 or 2yrs of physio training and confer them with MscPhysio will be counter productive for our profession and altimately errod the prestige and honour of this beautiful profession. I am sure Medicine will never allow such in med schools.
UK schools and physio body must check this out.yelufem.

Re: Studying Msc Physiotherapy after MBBS

There has been a fair bit of debate about the whole Msc thing over here. Still, there it is and I think it's here to stay. There are still Msc courses over here for physios that want to specialise further in their areas, and these are typically 1 year full time.
