Cool Re: Back Class and education for adults and in schools

Gia sou Sandra, hope you find this advice helpful towards your forthcoming task. I have just joint the forum and I am delighted with the depth of the conversations. Any way, this is some work I have done last Year in order to promote the "backs for life" awareness week in the region of Central Lanchasire PCT.

    Possible advice for:- the flyer
    - leaflet: Could include information from the back book
    - educational talk in schools: in preventing back pain, School bags, posture, health promotion in regards to smoking and obesity.
    - structure of classes (levels of ability or all in one): emphasise in core stability and progress to aerobic and proprioceptive exercises
    - any specific original exercises for a back class: why not introduce theraband and theraballs
