A basic stretch is to simply move the shoulder into internal rotation, like this: http://www.teachpe.com/images/jenny/...s_stretch2.jpg
Hi Guys,
Can someone give me an effective passive stretch for the infraspinatus? Can't seem to find one
Thanks, Luke.

Why are you stretching the infraspinatus? To achieve more internal rotation? Or to relieve trigger points? Or other?
